Unhappy with Nitrovarex? We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are unhappy with any aspect of Nitrovarex  we will offer you an exchange or refund providing the product is returned within 30 days. For further information, please refer to our refund policy below.

We guarantee the quality, purity and potency of our Nitrovarex  products . We hope that all our customers will be completely satisfied with his or her purchase. However, we do realise that returns are sometimes unavoidable. If you wish to return a product, then please note the following important information:

Returns Within 30 Days


If you are dissatisfied with your product for any reason within the first 30 days from date of despatch, you may return it for a store credit, exchange or refund. All returned items must be sent back to Nitrovarex.co.uk within the required timeframe (no later than 30 days from date of despatch). They must be accompanied by your original delivery note / invoice to allow us to swiftly and efficiently process your return.
 
All paid orders are covered by our 30 day money back guarantee, if you are wishing to return product/s then please return them to us within the 30 day period (30 days from date of despatch).
If you have purchased any of the multi-buy offers (more than 1 bottle) then please return the used bottle, plus any subsequent bottles which must be in an unopened & resalable condition.
Please note that we are not able to refund orders if the product/s are not returned to us. We advise that you obtain "Proof of Posting" when returning items to us.

Postage & Packing:

All Postage & Packing charges are non-refundable.

Priority Customers (Monthly Orders). (Important Information).

All Priority Customers must have the order form (signed Authority) completed and posted in.
Priority Monthly orders must run for a minimum duration of 6 months.
If you cancel the orders within this timeframe, Nitrovarex reserve the right to charge your payment details the difference in cost from a standard order, per bottle/s used if the minimum period (6 months) is not achieved. 

Requesting a Return

To inquire about returning a product to Nitrovarex .co.uk, please contact us at returns@Nitrovarex.co.uk and provide your name, customer order number and a brief description of the problem. We will then email to you detailed instructions on how to return your package us.

Important Information

Please be aware that any credit to be issued cannot be fully processed until we have received your returned merchandise at our warehouse. Postage for the shipment of returned goods is the responsibility of the customer. In the case of credit card refunds it may take a full billing cycle for the refund to appear on your credit card statement. 

Refunds

All refunds are usually processed with 21 days of receipt at our warehouse and a refund is authorised and processed in the payment form you originally used for your purchase ( if you purchased using your credit card the refund is applied back to your card) all cheque and cash purchases from Nitrovarex.co.uk are refunded by way of a cheque. Please note all refunds are for the products value only, we do not refund postage costs.
